Who is she?
Madeline Riley is the General Manager of The Radisson Blu Royal Hotel on Golden Lane in Dublin City Centre. Madeline worked previously as Hotel Manager of the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel and prior to that as an Executive Assistant Manager as part of the Carlson Rezidor Mentor Mentee Programme, which has been specifically designed to train employees towards becoming a General Manager within the group. Madeline was metored by former General Manager of the hotel and District Director Tim Whyte. Previously Director of Sales of The Radisson Blu Royal Hotel Dublin, Madeline's current role gives her the responsibility for achieving the hotels goals in revenue, profit, value enhancement, as well as employee and guest satisfaction by directing the operation of the assigned area of responsibility and its organisation. Madeline is also currently overseeing the €35m extension to the four-star Radisson Blu hotel.

Madeline has gained a wealth of experience in hospitality, having worked within the Irish & UK hotel market for many years, working in some of the worlds leading hotel brands including DeVere, Hilton and Radisson. Madelines diverse skillset has been developed through working across a wide range of areas within the hotel function including; front of house for The Gresham Hotel, Dublin and in the De Vere Daresbury Park Hotel in Cheshire, UK. She also held the position of Revenue Manager in Hilton Dublin City Centre before being appointed to Director of Sales at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel Dublin where she has been since the official pre-opening of the hotel and has contributed greatly to making it one of dublins busiest and most successful hotels.
